Terms and conditions

Dear Customer,

Your school photo event is organized by the PTSA of your school and Diane Krueger Photography. With your order you will support several PTSA programs coming up this school year!

The PTSA photo chair person keeps records of all incoming orders and payments and will receive the completed orders around 3-4 weeks after order deadline.

Your order will be processed after receiving payment. Payment conditions for your school are printed on the info sheet, that has been sent home with your child.

The papers you should have received from your child are:

• proof sheet with picture proof and package pricings
• info sheet with payment conditions
• background sheet with an overview of all digital backgrounds available at that time

Delivery:

All orders will be delivered to the photo chair person of your PTSA around 3-4 weeks after the given order deadline. If you are PCSing soon, please insert a date and a forwarding address in the window "PERSONAL NOTES" on the "CONFIRM YOUR ORDER" page

Special delivery:

If you need other arrangements, please note in the window "PERSONAL NOTES" on the "CONFIRM YOUR ORDER" page.

Shipping fee for special delivery:

• photo prints only, to a private address in Europe: US€ 10.00
• photo prints only, to a private address in USA : US€ 17.00

• photo prints & gifts to a private address in Europe: US€ 15.00
• photo prints & gifts to a private address in USA : US€ 22.00

After receiving your order, we will send you a receipt email with details for your shipping fee based on your order details. With this email we will give you the opportunity to confirm again or to change/cancel your order, if you wish.

Privacy:

All information you provide regarding names, address & email contact will only be used for processing your order. We do not share this information with outside parties.

We use given email addresses to confirm orders and to answer the emails we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Data security:

Access to the online gallery is only allowed with a pre-defined password, parents will get with their info sheet. Parents can share this password to invite family members & friends abroad or deployed to view their child's image and/or to join with an order.
